Goldie's management released the above statement via her Facebook page and her twitter handle. Goldie died last night at Reddington Hospital in Victoria Island. Goldie just came back from the Grammy's in USA yesterday . The cause of death is still unknown. I find it hard to believe. May her soul rest in peace..Amen

ReplyDeleteGuess its due to pulmonary embolism: a blood clot that travels to the lungs due to inactivity. It can be fatal.
ReplyDeleteThat's exactly what I was thinking, especially after a long flight. It's very easy to get blood clots if you're not hydrated. SAD

ReplyDeleteNigerians need to be going for medical check up at least once a year. So you can know what is wrong with you before it is too late. Whatever that killed her so early, now that her career is picking up, could have been avoided.
